[WSBAPT] Thai real property

Husband is US citizen, wife is Thai, two minor US children, wife  owns 
property in Thailand.  Who or how would/could it be set up to transfer  property 
to children at wife's passing. I was told husband can't have it put in  his 
name at her passing.
