Ken,
Charitable gift planning is a big part of my practice, and I would be happy to talk to your client. I am, however, pretty suspicious about this. In my experience, charities want nothing to do with time shares.
Thanks,
John

Subject: [WSBAPT] Time Share Donation to Charity

I have client that has been approached to donate his time share weeks to a charity, for a fee. Need referral to attorney to assist client familiar with area in disposing or transferring time share interests. Any recommendations?
