[WSBAPT] Trustee's notification under RCW 11.98.072

Dear listmates:

 

I have my first probate with a testamentary trust. The PR and the
trustee for the trust are the same person. I am preparing to send out a
letter to the beneficiaries with the Notice of Appointment and will. At
the same time I also wish to fulfill the notice requirement of RCW
11.98.072, giving notice of the existence of the trust, identity of
trustor, trustee name and contact information and the right to request
information. Does anyone have a form they use for this purpose, or are
you simply including those details in a letter? It seems to me it would
cleaner to do a form that is referenced in the letter. I would greatly
appreciate any forms you are willing to share. Thanks and enjoy the
