Note it on the Probate/Guardianship Calendar (Thursday or Friday).  If you put it on the Civil Motions (10:30) calendar, it is likely to get bumped to the former calendar anyway.  G3

Below is rule in sno co local rule re closing a probate where notice is required.  The calendar note and Court Commissioner's calendar say to present such on the probate Court Commissioner's calendar; the rule is pretty clear that  it should be presented on the Commissioner's Civil Motions Calendar.  Different rooms and different schedules.  Has anyone encountered and resolved this lately?
