<p class="MsoNormal">Below is rule in sno co local rule re closing a probate where notice is required. The calendar note and Court Commissioner’s calendar say to present such on the probate Court Commissioner’s calendar; the rule is pretty clear that it should
be presented on the Commissioner’s Civil Motions Calendar. Different rooms and different schedules. Has anyone encountered and resolved this lately?<o:p></o:p></p>
