[WSBAPT] Looking for expert to give opinion re a possible Hoarder (OCD and related conditions)

I am working with a situation in which a family member appears to be a
hoarder.

The situation has become dangerous, as the family member's apartment
appears to be a fire hazard.

 

Has anyone worked with a psychologist, who might be able to give an
opinion.
