[WSBAPT] buying peace

Anyone have any forms or comments or cites regarding a proposal to buy peace with child of a decedent who was deliberately excluded from inheritance?  Remaining heirs want to provide something to him in exchange for binding commitment not to challenge the will or help other claimed heir challenge the will.  Probate is pending.
