[WSBAPT] Need Hawaii attorney to prepare deed

I usually do the deed, get it signed and then find an attorney to process
it. Be aware of large capital gains in Hawaii with such a gift.  If you
have the past deed you can work from that.  Depends on fee simple land or
the leased land.  Need to process in different offices and they don't like
haoles so if you try yourself it will come back at least once.  I have been
known to sign two in case the first is lost or damaged.  I usually use a
Rev trust to his and transfer title there.
