Jeffrey, I may know someone who could either do it or is associated with someone who can.  A top notch atty in Chicago.  Do you know where in the state the trust is being administered?  I can't reach my guy today (day before T-day) but should be able to next week -- if still needed.    Elena

I am looking for someone who is licensed in Washington and Illinois to associate on a potential pro bono  matter.  Client, a Washington resident, is visually disabled and the beneficiary of her mother's trust.  Mother is deceased and the trust is being administered in Illinois.
 
The trust was a revocable living trust that was amended three times by the mother while she was alive, and then once post mortem by the Trustee (a trust company).
 
>From all appearances, my client has not received an accounting or any distributions from the trust.  It is not clear, but my client may be under a conservatorship (either in Illinois, or New York -- where my client lived prior to moving to Washington).
 
Any assistance or referrals would be greatly appreciated!
