[WSBAPT] Referral Needed for Illinois Business Attorney

Hello listmates,

 

We have a client who is in the sole shareholder of an Illinois corporation.
Client is in the process of merging the Illinois corporation into a
Washington LLC of which he is the sole member.  The Washington LLC will be
the surviving entity.  We have prepared Articles of Merger and an Agreement
and Plan of Merger.  Client needs someone licensed in Illinois to assist
with preparation of the consents needed to approve the merger by the
Illinois corporation, and to otherwise make sure that the merger complies
with any other Illinois requirements.

 

It would be great to find someone local who could look at this, however any
referrals would be appreciated.
