Yes. Assign to Co-Trustees. 

As to your follow on - the assignment is to the trust, even though disregarded for income tax purposes, so that's why I said consent minutes approving and trustees accepting terms and conditions (of statute in this case). 

Is this his separate property? Make sure RLT is clear about character of interests.  

Member rights will belong to RLT. I don't see a reason why wife couldn't delegate Member voting and management authority to husband as trustee under RCW 11.98.016(3). It could be a condition of assignment if important to other members.
