[WSBAPT] Referral for Lake County California

Does anyone have a referral for an attorney if Lake County California?  I
had a potential client who is administering her mother’s Living Trust come
see me.  There is property in CA in the trust that needs transferred to a
beneficiary. She is looking for a CA attorney who could help with that and
also advise if CA has any procedures like our non-probate notice to
creditors.
