[WSBAPT] Referral for probate litigation attorney Spokane

I met with a potential client whose father has an open probate in Spokane.
His sibling is the PR and the estate is comprised mostly of real property.
Sibling PR is remodeling select properties in desirable areas  (it is
believe with PR’s own money).  Potential client believes that PR plans to
claim the desirable properties as PR’s share because PR has invested in
those properties.  


Can anyone recommend a probate attorney with strong litigation practice in
Spokane to get involved and represent the beneficiary?  Thanks in advance
for your referral.
