[WSBAPT] Referral

[Corey Rogers]

I was contacted by a CA attorney that needs a WA deed drafted by next
Friday for a couple who now lives in CA and needs to put a Seattle condo
into a trust to avoid dual probate.  Would anyone like the referral on
this?
