[WSBAPT] PR qualification

[Eden Rubenstein Toner]

Is there any discretion with the court regarding appointing a PR who is
named in the will but has a past felony conviction?  RCW 11.36.010 (1)
seems to leave no discretion, but has anyone has any other experience with
this?  Thanks. (sorry if I duplicated this post)
