[WSBAPT] Safe Harbor Trust

I am interested in including Safe Harbor Trusts in wills that I do for
some of my clients (basically, a Special Needs Trust for the surviving
spouse, but I would like it to be where the surviving spouse or their
Agent can disclaim their spouse's share of the estate to the SNT). Does
anyone have any language they would be willing to share?
