For all of you Law Review alums:
Anyone have any thoughts regarding potential conflict between
RCW 11.88.030(1) “No liability for filing a petition for guardianship
shall attach to a petitioner acting in good faith and upon a reasonable
basis”
versus
RCW 11.96A.150, which gives the court discretion to allocate fees and
costs among parties?
Thanks in advance,
Jim Dolan
