Eric,
In my experience, you can’t open up anything in person, but I have never
tried to re-open a closed probate in Pierce County in the past few years.
Regards,
Tom

Subject: [WSBAPT] Pierce County - efile to reopen administratively closed
Estate?
I have a Pierce County probate that was administratively closed--that is,
a couple years ago, no one showed up to a review hearing so the court
closed the file. I am now requesting re-opening by petition.
Can I submit the petition to Ex Parte via the clerk online through LINX?
Or do I have to show up in person? Anyone know?
Sincerely,
Eric C. Nelsen
