[WSBAPT] [SPAM] Beneficiary of estate deceased

I am getting ready to probate an estate and the sole beneficiary under the
will passed away recently, but lived long enough to take under the will.
Do I just point this out in the petition and then do a second probate (for
beneficiary's estate) after the first probate is concluded? The decedent's
estate includes a house which will be sold, so it appears probate will be
required for both estates.
