[WSBAPT] ancillary probate Q

It is my understanding that an ancillary probate in Washington is no
different than an original probate in Washington.  All the same rules
apply.

In out of state probate, with need for ancillary probate here as well,
does Washington's 4 month opportunity to challenge the Will still apply?
That issue was dealt with in the other state by means of Waivers executed
by all potential heirs...
