Looking for a referral for a probate attorney in Santa Fe, New Mexico to
advise on two issues:

1) inheritance of NM condo by surviving spouse via Washington couple’s
community property agreement

2) nonprobate options for a NM parcel or possible ancillary probate to
Washington probate
