[WSBAPT] Later Filed Amended WA Estate Tax Return

Quick Question:


Does the WAC 458-57-135 late filing penalty apply to late filed amended WA
estate tax return also?  Or is a late filed amended WA estate tax return
subject to only interest under RCW 82.32.050(2), but not penalty?
