[wsbapt] Proof of Death - Probate for person not deceased

I was in Ex-Parte this morning and had a conversation with Commissioner
Bradburn-Johnson regarding filing probates, death certificates, and
apparently a recent case of a husband probating wife’s estate only to have
her show up not dead.

I thought she said it was a division III case, but haven’t been able to
track down any details and wondered if one of you might have further info.

I guess this will impact our probate filings if we need to file additional
proof of death, because at least for now sounds like filing the death
certificates under seal isn’t working.

Thoughts, more info?
