Subject: [WSBAPT] Lost Trust-Help
Elderly widow cannot find the Trust document for Trust executed in '92,
the company that prepared it for her is no longer in business and the
agent cannot be located. Widow cannot remember what the terms of the Trust
were. Husband left everything to the Trust. Any suggestions? What would a
TEDRA petition look like?
