[WSBAPT] JRWROS question.

If brother is still alive..estate of sister has ½ interest at least….if
brother dead, when did he die?  If before sister then estate gets it all. 

Craig L>  BUT  do not understand “presumption” when you say accounts of an
AUNT.  That would indicate to me that it was primarily Aunts money and not
Sister or Brother’s?

I have an estate that will owe some estate tax to Washington.  Decedent
and her brother were listed as JTWROS on three bank accounts of an aunt.
Aunt dies in June, Decedent died in September.  Account was not accessed
between June and September by Decedent or brother.  Assuming that I can
rebut the presumption that all of the money in the bank accounts was the
property of Decedent, does Decedent have a 1/2 interest in the bank
accounts at Decedent's death or no interest?
