Subject: [WSBAPT] Meretricious Relationships

Has anyone successfully argued the existence of a meretricious
relationship in a probate case? I'm looking for someoneto co-counsel with
who has experience with this. The case is for a long term same-sex couple
where one partner died with an invalid will. The case will be in Clark
County.

Thanks,

Jim
