[WSBAPT] Question for Snohomish County practitioners

I haven't had a trial in Snoho for years, but I've got one coming up . . .
plaintiff's counsel just served me with an LR Note for Trial setting.  I
seem to recall that there is a procedure for mailing in a letter with
conflicted dates -- but the local rules do not remind me of to whom to
send that letter and what format to employ.  Does anyone have a recent
sample that you could share?


Or perhaps this is no longer the protocol?  
Help!!  & Thank you!!!
