[WSBAPT] Probate Checklists

I use 2 different ones because I am a plaintiff's personal injury attorney
as well as a probate attorney.  In my practice, I have served as
PR/Administrator in over 30 probates which were opened on behalf of
deceased plaintiffs and/or defendants and assist other plaintiff's
personal injury attorneys when plaintiff or defendant are deceased and
lawsuits need to be opened to pursue claims, whether limited to insurance
proceeds or not.  I shared these with PI attorneys when I spoke at a WSAJ
seminar on insurance law in 2011.

 

So here are both.

If someone has a TEDRA checklist or sample pleadings, I would love to see
them.
