[WSBAPT] Bank Form "Opinion of Trust Counsel"

I have been asked by a client to complete a US Bank form titled “Approving
Opinion of Trust Counsel”.  The form includes language asking me to
provide my “opinion” that the client has a “valid revocable trust”, that
title to certain real property has been transferred to the trust, that
trustee has authority under the trust to execute a lien against the
property.    I recall that there was a discussion of such forms on this
listserve recently.  Unfortunately, I did not keep the messages.  Could
someone forward the messages/discussion to me off list?
