[WSBAPT] Declination and Waiver of Inheritance

Thank you for all the replies.  My situation involved two brothers who had
no children.

I appreciate the guidance that if there were children of the brother who is
disclaiming, his share of the inheritance would go to his children, not to
his brother.

I have an heir that wants to decline his inheritance and allow his only
brother to receive 100% of an estate.

Does someone have a pleading to share for this purpose?

I am in trial preparation mode for next week 3 day trial and am frazzled.
