[WSBAPT] guardianship or patient's rights referral

Greetings -

 

I am looking for a referral to an attorney who could counsel a client whose
family member entered a rehab facility voluntarily but is now apparently
being held against her will.  In the first instance, the gentleman may
merely need some advice on the phone about what his sister's options are.
Can you help, or do you know someone who can?
