[WSBAPT] Effect of Termination of Parental Rights

Here is something I feel like I should know but, can’t answer.

 

Does a child lose intestate inheritance rights from a parent when the
state terminates her father’s parental rights?

 

Is the situation different when the child is adopted by new parents after
the termination of parental rights?
