Listmates

I have a couple of cases where a creditor becomes known within the last 30
days of the 4 months after publication of the notice to creditors. I have
been suggesting that the conservative route to take would be to send the
notice to creditors to the now “known” creditor and assume that they can
file within 30 days of the date of mailing of the notice, thereby
extending the 4 months a bit. I have one now that I would like to just
stick to the 4 months.... what are the rest of you doing?
thanks
