John: I got the coroner to declare a missing diver dead, and the court
declared a hiker dead, in each case due to the circumstances of when last
seen. This might work if the person was seen in the zone.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Oso Victim Probates?

Listmates:

Anyone else dealing with estates of victims where remains not yet found?

Anyone have thoughts from prior experience as to how to administer estates

where bodies not yet recovered?

Thanks.
