[WSBAPT] Oso Victim Probates?

I know that the Snohomish County Bar Association is working on some method
of providing assistance to the families up here that have been impacted by
this tragedy. None of my Arlington clients have been directly impacted but
they do know some of the victims.

I have not seen any activity yet from the local bar associations efforts
but I am not sure how many of the families are even thinking about probate
yet. (or the other potential legal issues that will probably come into
play.)

Very good question on a timely topic.

Sincerely,

G. (Gus) Benjamin Lindsey III

Anyone else dealing with estates of victims where remains not yet found?

Anyone have thoughts from prior experience as to how to administer estates
where bodies not yet recovered?

Thanks.
