[WSBAPT] California-Licensed Probate Attorney?

Howdy Listmates:

I am doing some pro-bono work for a local nonprofit that was beneficiary
of a decedent’s nonprobate account. By court order from California, the
account has been Frozen. There’s an ancillary probate in Washington, but
apparently the PR has opened probate in California.

 

Are one of you kind folks licensed in California? Might you be able to put
in a notice of appearance/request for special notice (or the California
equivalent) in the California probate? I can still do the legwork,
probably needed only a little assistance maneuvering California probate
law.
