This is a good question for your title officer.  The issue is whether or
not the Affidavit get her name off the chain of title.  Do whatever the
title company says to do.

If Husband puts real property into Revocable Trust without probating
Wife's interest in 1990,  will an affidavit of non Probate executed now be
effective when H dies? Any other way to avoid probating her estate? Thanks
