Weed judges wanted for Cannabis Cup; Mt. Washington Observatory names new director 

Cannabis connoisseurs living in Bay State are invited to flex their taste buds in a competition to choose the People’s Choice awards in the state’s edition of High Times’ Cannabis Cup.

The glossy schwag mag is looking for up to 2,200 resinated residents to sample the best of the state’s locally grown bud and edibles for flavor and effect.

Mark Kazinec, High Times director of events, said sampling kits will be available at 30 dispensaries around the state beginning Sept. 24. Judges will be tasked to assess the buzz on products across 13 categories including best indica, sativa and hybrid flower; gummies, chocolates, drinks, concentrates and more.
