[Vision2020] Boy, do we miss Cecil!

Cecil the seasick sea serpent from the Beany and Cecil show immediately
popped to mind for me.
It's literally amazing that to this day I can't hear Offenbach without
thinking of the "Harecules Hare and the Guided Muscle" episode.
