[Vision2020] Boy, do we miss Cecil!

Cecil Andrus immediately popped into mind as the "Cecil" referred to in the
subject heading.

As the article states, exactly expressing what many people think, given
Andrus and Church were Democrats:

 ...(it’s literally amazing that Andrus and Frank Church could be elected
in Idaho a mere few decades ago, which is part of the subject of this book
I am researching).
