[Vision2020] Federal response

 A bit of brighter firefighting news this 9/11 is that Texas is sending equipment and firefighters to California to assist the California efforts.
Also in Texas, Trump's election favorability has fallen to within one percent of Biden, which might be considered another assistance to California's interests.  All of our interests, actually.
