How about it, peeps?  This town craves a city song.

The person (or group of people) whose city song is adopted by the city of Moscow (the one in Idaho) will be awarded a minimum of $2,000 by Moscow Cares immediately following the playing of the song at this year’s Farmers Market.

LET’S MAKE THIS HAPPEN . . . pleeeeeeeaaaaase.
