[Vision2020] Remove Staben now

I am on that page! Finally, something both lefty and righty Moscowvites
have in common...we dislike being lied to, abhor those who make disloyal
promises, and "quitters" in general.

Staben needs to go. He has zero commitment here. On the other hand (I'm
trying to be fair, even though I'm really annoyed and don't want to give
him the benefit of the doubt), why did he want to get the heck out of
Dodge so soon? Seems like it would be a very nice position.....what
is/was the trouble that made him want to pack up? Better salary?( well,
yeah). Issues on campus? Community issues? Very cold and snowy on the
frozen tundra? Inquiring minds want to know....."Things change" is not
an explanation.

My conclusion is this guy is another con artist. Not the first U of I
president with that credential......Still paying for some past "oopsie"s
in that regard.

When it is known that an upper management employee is actively seeking other employment, the employee must be terminated immediately (for reasons that should be obvious).

When asked about the retention rates of those kids, Staben said, in effect, that isn't a fair question since they're not UI students.
