On July 18th, the Moscow (the one in Idaho) Board of Adjustment conducted a follow-up public hearing regarding NSA's application for a conditional use permit related to the property located at 112 North Main Street.

Public Hearing: City Council Remand in Part of a Conditional Use Permit Application for a Proposed Educational Institution to be Located at 112 N Main Street

The Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on this matter on April 25, 2017 and approved  the Conditional Use Permit with conditions. The Conditional Use Permit was subsequently  appealed to City Council at which time the Council remanded the matter in part to the Board for  the inclusion of additional information into the record pertaining to available public parking in  vicinity of the subject property, review of the method of parking mitigation calculation, and for  reconsideration of Criteria #4 and #7 of the Board’s Reasoned Statement of Relevant Criteria and  Standards document signed on May 3, 2017. The purpose of the public hearing is to enter this  specific additional information into the record and not to accept any further public testimony.
