[Vision2020] Moscow Stands With Standing Rock

[Moscow Cares]

On September 16th, a rally in support of the Standing Rock demonstration against the development of a pipeline through the Dakotas was presented by members of the Nez Perce tribe.  This rally took place in Moscow's Friendship Square.
