I have been tracking the filing of financial disclosure reports by candidates for state offices of Idaho's 5th legislative district.

Up until Monday (October 10th) all such reports have been filed on-time.

That is until now . . .

All financial disclosure reports for candidates in the 5th legislative district . . . due in By October 10th . . . have been filed . . . EXCEPT ONE!

Here is a hint: The candidate is running against Paulette Jordan and his name rhymes with "Barl Cerglund".
