[Vision2020] Creepy Clown prank officially hits the Palouse

[Chasuk]

Calling the police for clown sightings make about as much sense as calling
the police for Caspar the Ghost sightings. In other words, none at all.

When I see a dude in a clown costume, I ask if I can take his picture.But
call the police? What kind of juvenile hysteria is this?
