[Vision2020] Creepy Clown prank officially hits the Palouse

Hold the phone there, Clarabelle. Call the police? Are we worried about an
infestation of feral balloon animals? Or perhaps it's tiny smoking jalopies
disgorging mobs of clown lives matter protesters looting party supply
stores? What makes a clown suit scarier than tye dye, a silly coordinated
track suit or the jammy pants worn by every co-ed ever?
