Moscow man arrested for allegedly brandishing firearm
A 23-year-old Moscow man was arrested Friday night for allegedly pulling out a handgun and threatening a man and his family inside the Phi Delta Theta fraternity on Elm Street in Moscow.
Moscow Police Chief David Duke said police received a report around 4:45 p.m. Friday from the fraternity president that a man reportedly came inside the fraternity and threatened to kill a 21-year-old man and his family. The suspect then reportedly pulled a semi-automatic Glock handgun out of the back of his waistband and placed it on a table, Duke said. The suspect then allegedly grabbed the gun and left the house before police arrived.
He was located at his residence on Blake Avenue and was allegedly found with the handgun. He was arrested for alleged aggravated assault. Duke said it appears the incident was over a dispute involving a woman
