    About the clothing appearing here -- is there any particular name
    for or significance attributed to a suit jacket made of two
    different outer materials?  And what of the conjunction of a striped
    sash (or is that a vest?) over a large-starred necktie?  Is this
    attire sending a message of some kind, that is, other than sartorial
